{"id":14570,"date":"2026-01-05T21:04:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T03:04:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=14570"},"modified":"2026-01-05T21:04:34","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T03:04:34","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-mujer-por-extorsion-en-cdmx-fue-detenida-en-tultitlan-edomex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-mujer-por-extorsion-en-cdmx-fue-detenida-en-tultitlan-edomex\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a mujer por extorsi\u00f3n en CDMX; fue detenida en Tultitl\u00e1n, Edomex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Agentes de la PDI, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la FGJEM, aprehendieron a Aurea \u201cN\u201d en el municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n, Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Derivado de labores de inteligencia, se estableci\u00f3 que una de las cuentas bancarias utilizadas para recibir pagos derivados de la extorsi\u00f3n estaba a nombre de la imputada<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 5 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX) aprehendi\u00f3 y obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una mujer, identificada como Aurea \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n agravada, cometido en perjuicio del propietario de un bar ubicado en la alcald\u00eda Cuauht\u00e9moc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, en marzo de 2019, la v\u00edctima recibi\u00f3 llamadas telef\u00f3nicas de personas que se identificaron como integrantes del grupo delictivo conocido como C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n, mediante las cuales le habr\u00edan exigido dinero a cambio de supuesta protecci\u00f3n y amenazado con causarle da\u00f1o si no acced\u00eda a sus demandas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante las intimidaciones, la v\u00edctima realiz\u00f3 m\u00faltiples dep\u00f3sitos a diversas cuentas bancarias por un monto aproximado de 700 mil pesos. Derivado de labores de inteligencia, se identific\u00f3 que una de las cuentas estaba a nombre de Aurea \u201cN\u201d, lo que permiti\u00f3 establecer su probable participaci\u00f3n en el esquema de extorsi\u00f3n y obtener de un juez de control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, la cual fue ejecutada el 29 de diciembre de 2025 por agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), en la colonia Los Reyes Buenavista, municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n.En la audiencia inicial, celebrada el 30 de diciembre, la FGJCDMX obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Aurea \u201cN\u201d, quien permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva en el Centro Femenil de Reinserci\u00f3n Social Santa Martha Acatitla, durante el plazo de tres meses que fij\u00f3 la autoridad judicial para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;
