{"id":13701,"date":"2025-12-09T12:03:30","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T18:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=13701"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:03:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T18:03:34","slug":"por-el-delito-de-maltrato-animal-presunto-responsable-es-vinculado-a-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/por-el-delito-de-maltrato-animal-presunto-responsable-es-vinculado-a-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Por el delito de maltrato animal, presunto responsable es vinculado a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>El hoy investigado habr\u00eda lesionado al canino con un objeto punzocortante, hechos videograbados y ampliamente difundidos en redes sociales.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, 9 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su posible participaci\u00f3n en el delito de maltrato animal, un individuo identificado como Luis Eduardo \u201cN\u201d fue vinculado a proceso, luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico acreditara su posible participaci\u00f3n en este il\u00edcito cometido en agravio de un canino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de una denuncia y la viralizaci\u00f3n de un video, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por hecho presuntamente ocurridos el pasado mes de enero, cuando el hoy detenido habr\u00eda agredido al animal con un machete en calles de este municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"190\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-09-at-11.05.40-1-190x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-09-at-11.05.40-1-190x300.jpeg 190w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-09-at-11.05.40-1-647x1024.jpeg 647w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-09-at-11.05.40-1.jpeg 709w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 190px) 100vw, 190px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichos hechos fueron videograbados y ampliamente difundidos, por lo que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, pudo, a trav\u00e9s de trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n, identificar a Luis Eduardo \u201cN\u201d como posible part\u00edcipe de estos hechos, por lo que solicit\u00f3 a un Juez especializado librar una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez detenido, fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la zona donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez, esta misma autoridad, al conocer las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, determin\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, fij\u00e1ndole medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y estableciendo un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto no exista una sentencia condenatoria en su contra, debe ser considerado inocente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, 9 de diciembre de 2025.
