Estamos muy orgullosos de cada uno de ustedes, pues, al ver sus proyectos y negocios, nos damos cuenta del gran talento y ganas de desarrollarse de todos nuestros j\u00f3venes. Saben que cuentan con todo nuestro respaldo para abrir y fortalecer sus negocios, pues, adem\u00e1s de este capital semilla para los ganadores, todos los emprendedores pueden acercarse para recibir asesor\u00edas y acompa\u00f1amiento\u201d, coment\u00f3 Romina Contreras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ganadores de la edici\u00f3n 2025 de la \u201cF\u00e1brica de Emprendedores\u201d fueron Valeria S\u00e1nchez, creadora de Mi Churrer\u00eda, negocio que tiene como producto principal los tradicionales churros mexicanos; Dana Paola Ayala, fundadora de Blue Star Bakery, que ofrece gelatinas con pastel e imagen personalizada comestible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;As\u00ed como Isis Naomi Barrera, creadora de \u00d1am \u00d1am Baker, marca dedicada a la venta de flan napolitano, roles de canela, roscas de reyes y postres de temporada con servicio a oficinas; Jes\u00fas Alejandro Mariel Rojas, emprendedor de palomitas artesanales de sabores; y Daniela Montserrat Nava, con un emprendimiento en el ramo de la florer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la directora general de la Juventud de Huixquilucan, Carla Santana Cu\u00e9llar, detall\u00f3 que los proyectos de \u201cF\u00e1brica de Emprendedores 2025\u201d fueron evaluados por su originalidad, viabilidad, retorno de inversi\u00f3n, impacto social y presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que la alcaldesa Romina Contreras trabaja de manera permanente para ofrecer mejores oportunidades a la juventud a trav\u00e9s de becas, programas sociales y actividades formativas, recreativas y deportivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" que, en enero de 2026, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan firmar\u00e1 un convenio para crear una Academia de Emprendedores donde las y los j\u00f3venes podr\u00e1n capacitarse de forma gratuita y en l\u00ednea para fortalecer sus proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jurado de \u201cF\u00e1brica de Emprendedores 2025\u201d estuvo integrado por la secretaria del Ayuntamiento, Alma Roc\u00edo Rojas P\u00e9rez; la directora general de la Juventud, Carla Santana Cuellar; el coordinador de la Unidad de Estudios Superiores Huixquilucan, Marco Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez; el director y fundador de Aulax Sociedad Civil, Andr\u00e9s Vergara Gonz\u00e1lez y Juan Carlos Vergara, respectivamente; el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes de Coparmex Metropolitano, Eric Cuenca Montero; y el Cuarto
