{"id":13598,"date":"2025-12-05T14:20:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T20:20:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=13598"},"modified":"2025-12-05T14:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T20:20:16","slug":"presupuesto-austero-y-social-de-314-mil-mdp-en-2026-en-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/presupuesto-austero-y-social-de-314-mil-mdp-en-2026-en-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Presupuesto austero y social de 314 mil mdp en 2026 en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Prioridades en la CDMX: inversi\u00f3n en obras e infraestructura, movilidad, agua, drenaje, bienestar, seguridad, vivienda y fortalecimiento a las alcald\u00edas, entre otros rubros<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Se consolidar\u00e1 la pol\u00edtica de austeridad republicana y transparencia, sin lujos ni privilegios en el gobierno<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n de finanzas sanas que permitan autonom\u00eda fiscal y menor deuda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada Molina, anunci\u00f3 que el presupuesto para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en 2026 ser\u00e1 austero, profundamente social y permitir\u00e1 una mayor inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura sin aumentar impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1-300x180.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1-300x180.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1-1024x614.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1-768x460.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1-1536x921.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-05-at-11.19.23-1.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n de las y los contribuyentes con sus pagos y aprovech\u00f3 para llamar a la ciudadan\u00eda a ponerse al corriente con sus impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria capitalina refiri\u00f3 que los resultados positivos que permiten finanzas sanas en la ciudad son gracias al compromiso de las y los ciudadanos que llevan al corriente el pago de impuestos, por lo que llam\u00f3 a aprovechar las exenciones de inicios de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que la propuesta para el ejercicio 2026 se basa en 10 ejes, el primero de los cuales se refiere a un mayor presupuesto y beneficios fiscales sin aumentar impuestos, que asciende a 314 mil millones de pesos, 7.5 por ciento m\u00e1s que en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, dijo que el presupuesto busca consolidar una pol\u00edtica de austeridad republicana y transparencia presupuestaria, sin lujos ni privilegios en el gobierno, y la generaci\u00f3n de finanzas sanas que permitan una autonom\u00eda fiscal y una menor deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para las alcald\u00edas, se propone un aumento de recursos de 7.5 por ciento, equivalente a m\u00e1s de 4 mil millones de pesos adicionales en relaci\u00f3n con el gasto ejercido en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el tema de seguridad, la jefa de Gobierno destac\u00f3 la continuidad en el aumento de recursos para la polic\u00eda capitalina, con un incremento de 7 por ciento; mientras que para promover el bienestar y combatir la desigualdad social se destinar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de 23 mil millones de pesos a programas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En movilidad, para 2026 se estima un presupuesto de 44 mil millones de pesos, lo que representa un incremento de 13 por ciento, con 25 mil millones de pesos de recursos para el Metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elevarn l\u00edmite para exentar la tenencia vehicular 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas (SAF), Juan Pablo de Botton Falc\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 que para 2026 se estiman ingresos por 313 mil 385.4 millones de pesos y mencion\u00f3 que los ingresos fuertes en la ciudad equivalen a 51 por ciento de los totales en cuanto a ingresos globales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Botton Falc\u00f3n hizo \u00e9nfasis en la continuidad de la licencia permanente el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, por lo que anticip\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de un mill\u00f3n de licencias adicionales, lo que significa recursos por mil 500 millones de pesos para la capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que hasta noviembre de 2025 se emitieron un mill\u00f3n 478 mil 67 licencias permanentes, con lo cual se super\u00f3 lo estimado inicialmente, recursos que se destinar\u00e1n al Fideicomiso para el Fortalecimiento de la Infraestructura de Transporte y Movilidad.
