{"id":13275,"date":"2025-11-27T15:48:32","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T21:48:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=13275"},"modified":"2025-11-27T15:52:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T21:52:51","slug":"avala-congreso-tarifas-diferenciadas-de-agua-en-21-municipios-para-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/avala-congreso-tarifas-diferenciadas-de-agua-en-21-municipios-para-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Avala Congreso tarifas diferenciadas de agua en 21 municipios para 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Rechaza Congreso mexiquense compensar 30 por ciento de la tarifa por desabasto de agua\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>El Congreso mexiquense aval\u00f3 la solicitud de 21 municipios para que, en 2026, sus tarifas por derechos de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y tratamiento de aguas residuales sean diferentes a las del C\u00f3digo Financiero del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Coacalco, Cuautitl\u00e1n y Huixquilucan contar\u00e1n con ajuste tarifario.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Se exhort\u00f3 a los municipios a realizar y mejorar las acciones de recaudaci\u00f3n de pago.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Juan Ignacio Corro<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 27 de noviembre de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pleno de la LXII Legislatura mexiquense aval\u00f3 la solicitud de 21 municipios para que,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en 2026, sus tarifas por derechos de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y tratamiento de aguas residuales se establezcan de manera distinta a lo previsto en el C\u00f3digo Financiero del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios: 18 municipios recibir\u00e1n una actualizaci\u00f3n conforme a la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), mientras que Coacalco, Cuautitl\u00e1n y Huixquilucan contar\u00e1n con un ajuste tarifario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dictamen de las iniciativas se\u00f1ala que los 18 municipios que se actualizan conforme a la UMA son: Acolman, Amecameca, Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, Atlacomulco, Coacalco de Berrioz\u00e1bal, Cuautitl\u00e1n, Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, El Oro, Huixquilucan, Jilotepec, Lerma, Metepec, Naucalpan de Ju\u00e1rez, Nicol\u00e1s Romero, Tec\u00e1mac, Tepotzotl\u00e1n, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Toluca, Tultitl\u00e1n, Valle de Bravo y Zinacantepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento, le\u00eddo en tribuna por la diputada Susana Estrada Rojas,&nbsp;&nbsp;detalla que se autoriz\u00f3 a Coacalco a aplicar un aumento del 4 por ciento en las tarifas de agua de uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico; a Cuautitl\u00e1n, una disminuci\u00f3n del 22 por ciento en el uso comercial y del 14 por ciento en el uso industrial; y a Huixquilucan, un incremento del 15 por ciento en la tarifa residencial media de uso dom\u00e9stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se exhort\u00f3 a todos los municipios a continuar implementando y perfeccionando las acciones necesarias para eficientar la recaudaci\u00f3n de los derechos por los servicios p\u00fablicos municipales de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y recepci\u00f3n de aguas residuales para su tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En caso de desabasto se aplique compensanci\u00f3n del 30 por ciento&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la legisladora Ruth Salinas Reyes (MC) cuestion\u00f3 los ajustes en las tarifas del servicio, al se\u00f1alar que en diversos municipios no se garantiza el abastecimiento del l\u00edquido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, plante\u00f3 que, en los casos en que exista desabasto en el servicio dom\u00e9stico por m\u00e1s de 48 horas, se suspenda el cobro y se aplique una compensaci\u00f3n equivalente al 30 por ciento del promedio anual de consumo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que esta medida ser\u00eda aplicable a los pagos posteriores al restablecimiento del servicio.
