fue una entrega voluntaria y ya exist\u00eda una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, iniciada por la mam\u00e1 del menor y deriva que la fiscal\u00eda solicitara la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; ya esto se va aclarar con los datos de prueba y \u00f3rganos de prueba que se desahoguen en juicio con las periciales correspondientes, testigos y declaraciones. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo es posible proporcionar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, estar\u00edamos ventilando cosas y no es momento para hacerlo; de ah\u00ed que se entrega voluntariamente y fue certificado debidamente por el m\u00e9dico legista e ingresado al penal de Barrientos, para su primera audiencia el jueves\u201d, detall\u00f3 Soto.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La defensa de Mora, coment\u00f3 que la determinaci\u00f3n de entregarse voluntariamente se dio a conocer a la Fiscal\u00eda Mexiquense una hora antes, para que no se violentaran los derechos humanos e integridad f\u00edsica presunto responsable y de ah\u00ed que el Fiscal General estuviera presente en el Ministerio P\u00fablico de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza donde se realiz\u00f3 la diligencia ministerial. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
