style=\"font-family: verdana;\">Tlalnepantla de Baz a 7 de abril del 2022.- En la audiencia inicial y de vinculaci\u00f3n de proceso penal que enfrenta Mauricio Mora, a quien se le acusa la presunta responsabilidad de la muerte del menor de edad Hugo Carbajal, se reserv\u00f3 su derecho a declarar ante el juez y lament\u00f3 el fallecimiento del joven.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\"><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">Adri\u00e1n Soto, abogado del inculpado, precis\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 el 7 de julio cuando la Fiscal\u00eda y defensa presenten m\u00e1s pruebas y testimoniales del caso para determinar y esclarecer el homicidio. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201c(Mauricio) a\u00fan no declara, se reserv\u00f3 su derecho a ello, cuando el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional le da la oportunidad el guarda silencio, y lo \u00fanico que manifest\u00f3 fue lamentar la perdida de la vida de un menor, del hijo de los padres presentes en la audiencia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201cEsperaremos a que cumpla el termino de los tres meses para presentar las pruebas necesarias y ampliar la investigaci\u00f3n, de igual forma la autoridad y la defensa podr\u00e1n solicitar volver a ampliar el t\u00e9rmino a tres meses m\u00e1s que ser\u00eda el m\u00e1ximo de tiempo\u201d, explic\u00f3 Soto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\"><i><b>No hab\u00eda ni alcohol ni drogas en cuerpo de la v\u00edctima <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">La defensa del presunto responsable, precis\u00f3 que una vez que pudieron revisar toda la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n minutos antes de la audiencia, el Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado report\u00f3 que el resultado de la necropsia en el cuerpo de la v\u00edctima no se encontraron rastros de sustancias toxicol\u00f3gicas. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201cNo se encontr\u00f3 alcohol ni droga (en la necropsia) situaci\u00f3n que no es relevante para la defensa sino como se gener\u00f3 el hecho, si fue doloso o culposo, y de ah\u00ed para poder saber si es resultado de un homicidio en ri\u00f1a y no intencional <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201cReitero, para la defensa no es relevante si hab\u00eda presencia de sustancias toxicol\u00f3gicas en el cuerpo de la v\u00edctima sino como se desprendieron los hechos\u201d, coment\u00f3 Soto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">Mora quien ingres\u00f3 al penal de Barrientos tras entregarse voluntariamente, permanecer\u00e1 bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva hasta que se dicte sentencia en la primer quincena de julio o en su defecto hasta el oto\u00f1o del presente a\u00f1o al concluir el tiempo que el ministerio p\u00fablico y defensa cuentan por ley para
