style=\"font-family: verdana;\">Tlalnepantla de Baz a 25 de abril del 2022.- El presunto responsable de la muerte del menor de edad Hugo Carbajal, fue trasladado del penal de Tlalnepantla al penal de Otumba como solicit\u00f3 Norma Denisse Rodr\u00edguez P\u00e9rez, Directora del Centro Preventivo y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social \u201cJuan Fern\u00e1ndez Albarr\u00e1n\u201d mejor conocido como Barrientos, ante la posibilidad de sufrir agresiones o poner en riesgo la gobernabilidad del centro penitenciario.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\"><span><a name='more'><\/a><\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">Desde el viernes por la noche, Mauricio Mora, presunto responsable en los hechos, fue cambiado de penal, confirm\u00f3 Adri\u00e1n Soto, quien lleva la defensa del caso. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201cDesde el mi\u00e9rcoles en la noche a petici\u00f3n de la Directora del Penal solicitaron ante juzgados que se realizar\u00e1 el traslado, se me notific\u00f3 45 minutos antes de la audiencia situaci\u00f3n que me era imposible atender y se cambi\u00f3 la audiencia al lunes, sin embargo, las autoridades penitenciarias en una acci\u00f3n administrativa decidieron hacer el cambio a Otumba. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u201cHoy en audiencia mi defendido no se opuso al cambio de penal, toda vez que hay m\u00e1s condiciones de seguridad para \u00e9l y quien se inconform\u00f3 fue la madre de la v\u00edctima quien quer\u00eda que fuera regresado al penal de Barrientos, situaci\u00f3n que no ser\u00e1 as\u00ed\u201d, explic\u00f3 Soto. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">De acuerdo a la defensa y una nota informativa por parte de las autoridades ministeriales, existe la presunci\u00f3n de un posible atentado que podr\u00eda sufrir el presunto responsable y por lo cual las autoridades determinaron realizar su traslado inmediato. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cLas veces que sea requerido mi cliente durante el proceso, se realizar\u00e1 su traslado del penal de Otumba a las instalaciones de juzgados orales en Tlalnepantla, \u00e9l no se opone al cambio de penal ya que hay m\u00e1s seguridad para su integridad ante las amenazas que fue objeto en la primera audiencia por parte del padre de la v\u00edctima\u201d, coment\u00f3
