{"id":11885,"date":"2025-10-15T17:42:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T23:42:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=11885"},"modified":"2025-10-15T17:43:00","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T23:43:00","slug":"voluntad-anticipada-protege-el-derecho-a-la-salud-y-dignidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/voluntad-anticipada-protege-el-derecho-a-la-salud-y-dignidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Voluntad anticipada protege el derecho a la salud y dignidad\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es un ejercicio de autonom\u00eda en el que las personas establecen sus deseos o preferencias sobre los tratamientos y cuidados de salud que desean rechazar o recibir ante una enfermedad grave, terminal o cr\u00f3nica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca,&nbsp;&nbsp;Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 15 de octubre de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Voluntad Anticipada es una herramienta legal para fortalecer la dignidad humana, regulada por la Bio\u00e9tica, punta de lanza en el tema de la protecci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos, que re\u00fane diversas \u00e1reas del conocimiento, como la filosof\u00eda, la medicina y el derecho, explic\u00f3 el doctor Jes\u00fas Flores Borboa, integrante del Claustro Acad\u00e9mico y Visitador Adjunto de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CODHEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flores Borboa asegur\u00f3 que cuando una persona tiene un pron\u00f3stico de salud poco favorable o incluso antes, puede recurrir a este ejercicio de autonom\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de una Escritura de Voluntad Anticipada o un Acta de Voluntad Anticipada; sin embargo, es necesario expresar esa voluntad de forma leg\u00edtima de acuerdo con la ley para este prop\u00f3sito en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, se\u00f1al\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa voluntad anticipada se enuncia en un documento legal, cuando una persona a\u00fan est\u00e1 en pleno uso de sus facultades mentales y declara sus deseos o preferencias sobre los tratamientos y cuidados de salud que desea rechazar o recibir en caso de una enfermedad grave, terminal o cr\u00f3nica, para proteger su sentido de autonom\u00eda y su dignidad al final de la vida\u201d, estableci\u00f3 Jes\u00fas Flores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que ambos documentos son la \u00fanica forma legal de materializar derechos y hacer valer el ejercicio pleno de nuestra autonom\u00eda y de la dignidad como eje central de la persona.
