{"id":11728,"date":"2025-10-08T22:26:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T04:26:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=11728"},"modified":"2025-10-08T22:26:16","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T04:26:16","slug":"firma-alcalde-issac-montoya-convenio-de-la-estrategia-cera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/firma-alcalde-issac-montoya-convenio-de-la-estrategia-cera\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma Alcalde Issac Montoya convenio de la Estrategia CERA\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u2060<\/em><em>Se suma Naucalpan a la Estrategia CERA (Captura, Esteriliza, Educa, Resguarda, Retorna, Adopta)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ya es parte de este compromiso integral por la vida y la justicia a favor de los derechos de los seres sintientes<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 7 de octubre de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente municipal Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez, firm\u00f3 junto con la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez y presidentes municipales, el convenio de la Estrategia CERA (Captura, Esteriliza, Educa, Resguarda, Retorna, Adopta) un compromiso integral por la vida y la justicia a favor de los derechos de los seres sintientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde acudi\u00f3 al Palacio de Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, donde se realiz\u00f3 la firma del convenio CERA, en un evento presidido por la maestra Delfina G\u00f3mez, como un paso m\u00e1s en las acciones que se llevan a cabo para el cuidado y bienestar animal en Naucalpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM-300x197.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11729\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM-300x197.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM-1024x673.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM-768x505.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM-1536x1010.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-08-at-3.43.59-PM.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el evento se subray\u00f3 que, se trata del inicio para construir una cultura de bienestar hacia estos seres que ya se les considera como integrantes de las familias que dan momentos de paz y alegr\u00eda al interior de los hogares. Adem\u00e1s, se trata de un asunto de salud p\u00fablica que tiene como uno de sus fines principales disminuir la poblaci\u00f3n de animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el gobierno de Naucalpan como parte de las estrategias de cuidados hacia la comunidad canina y felina, coadyuva en los avances del Centro de Bienestar Animal que busca ofrecer condiciones y cuidados dignos en el municipio para los seres sintientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunado a ello, de manera responsable se realizan campa\u00f1as de adopci\u00f3n, para que la comunidad canina y felina en condici\u00f3n de calle, encuentren una familia, que les otorgue mejores condiciones de h\u00e1bitat y cuidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su oportunidad, la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la estrategia CERA busca transformar la vida de los seres sintientes que requieren de la empat\u00eda humana y que se trata de una ruta \u00e9tica, responsable y humanista que busca controlar la sobrepoblaci\u00f3n canina y felina y reconocerlos como seres sintientes comunitarios a trav\u00e9s de la captura, esterilizaci\u00f3n, la educaci\u00f3n que dar\u00e1n paso al resguardo, al refugio, como una antesala para su adopci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el evento, al que asistieron autoridades estatales y municipales, se destac\u00f3 que, esta estrategia requiere de la colaboraci\u00f3n del gobierno estatal, la sociedad, gobiernos municipales, sociedad y agrupaciones protectoras de animales para proteger a los animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se insisti\u00f3 que esta estrategia, impulsada por el gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Parques Naturales y de la Fauna (Cepanaf), que forma parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente estatal, con las y los presidentes municipales, representa un compromiso integral por la vida y la justicia hacia los seres sintientes que comparten
