detenida intent\u00f3 sustraer de su casa a una menor edad, en la colonia Liberta de dicha demarcaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 21 de septiembre de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d, de 31 a\u00f1os de edad, fue vinculada a proceso por un Juez con sede en Tlalnepantla, por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el delito de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad a menores de edad, luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) acredit\u00f3 que esta mujer, aparentemente, pretendi\u00f3 privar de la libertad a una menor de ocho a\u00f1os de edad, quien se encontraba en su domicilio, ubicado en la colonia Libertad Primera Secci\u00f3n del municipio de Nicol\u00e1s Romero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un vecino se percat\u00f3 de esta situaci\u00f3n por lo que impidi\u00f3 que la hoy investigada pudiera sustraer a la menor y solicit\u00f3 el auxilio de elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal quienes detuvieron a Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d, y posteriormente la pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico para determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de su detenci\u00f3n le fueron encontradas entre sus pertenencias dos bolsas de pl\u00e1stico tipo resellables, que en su interior conten\u00edan una sustancia cristalina con las caracter\u00edsticas propias de la droga conocida como cristal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos elementos de prueba, la Autoridad Judicial determin\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y fij\u00f3 como plazo un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, manteni\u00e9ndose la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, no
