haber cumplido con la sentencia y a efecto de no generar violaciones irreparables<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 12 de septiembre de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de analizar los datos de prueba recabados y aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, un Juez del Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento, determin\u00f3 sentencia de 2 a\u00f1os y 3 meses de internamiento contra una adolescente, de quien se acredit\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n en el delito de homicidio en ri\u00f1a en agravio de otra menor de edad, hechos suscitados en el municipio de Teotihuacan el 21 de febrero del 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La agresi\u00f3n ocurrida afuera de la Secundaria Oficial 518 en 2023 se hizo viral en redes sociales catalogado como bulliyng en contra de la agredida quien fallecio d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"382\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 320 \/ 382;\" width=\"320\" controls src=\"http:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ssstwitter.com_1757713503766.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este jueves 11 de septiembre de 2025, en Audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de sanci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, un Juez determin\u00f3 sentencia de internamiento por 2 a\u00f1os y 3 meses, as\u00ed como reparaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1o moral y material por la cantidad de 233 mil 415 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe destacar que el pasado 13 de noviembre del 2023 la Autoridad Judicial hab\u00eda dictado sentencia de condena en contra de esta misma adolescente por el delito de homicidio calificado, imponi\u00e9ndole como medida de sanci\u00f3n el internamiento por 3 a\u00f1os y el pago de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o moral y material, sin embargo, a trav\u00e9s de su defensa, promovi\u00f3 un Juicio de Garant\u00edas por lo que obtuvo la reposici\u00f3n de su proceso legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, el pasado 21 de febrero del 2023, la v\u00edctima, una menor de edad, habr\u00eda sido agredida f\u00edsicamente por la adolescente sentenciada, afuera de la escuela Secundaria Oficial 518, anexa a la Normal de Teotihuacan, heridas que provocaron su fallecimiento d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al momento de cometer el delito, por su grupo etario, solo podr\u00eda obtener una medida de sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de tres a\u00f1os de internamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fecha, la adolescente ha pasado al interior del Centro de Internamiento 2 a\u00f1os 5 meses 25 d\u00edas, por lo que la Autoridad Judicial determin\u00f3 su externamiento al haber cumplido con la sentencia y a efecto de no generar violaciones
