Adem\u00e1s, se habr\u00eda mantenido en disputa por el control de la venta y distribuci\u00f3n de droga en la alcald\u00eda Tl\u00e1huac frente a grupos delictivos antag\u00f3nicos como La Uni\u00f3n Tepito y Los Rodolfos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Samantha \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cSam\u201d, posible operadora financiera de la misma organizaci\u00f3n delictiva, y probable responsable de la comercializaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de narc\u00f3ticos en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, ambas mujeres contaban con \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n y, desde abril de 2024, se ofrec\u00eda una recompensa a quienes aportaran informaci\u00f3n para su localizaci\u00f3n o detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado del trabajo de inteligencia, la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX estableci\u00f3 previamente que las imputadas se encontraban en Pachuca, Hidalgo. Con esta informaci\u00f3n, el domingo 7 de septiembre de 2025, agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo, implementaron un operativo mediante el cual aprehendieron a ambas en la colonia Valle de San Javier de la capital hidalguense. Posteriormente, fueron trasladadas a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, donde ingresaron al Centro Femenil de Reinserci\u00f3n Social Santa Martha Acatitla, en espera de que se defina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que contin\u00faa la investigaci\u00f3n para localizar y aprehender a <a>Liliana \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cLili\u201d o \u201cLa Voz\u201d, <\/a>tambi\u00e9n hija de Felipe de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, se\u00f1alada como probable responsable de la venta y distribuci\u00f3n de droga bajo las \u00f3rdenes de su madre, Mar\u00eda \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGJCDMX mantiene vigente una recompensa de 500 mil pesos para quien aporte informaci\u00f3n para su captura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda CDMX reitera su compromiso con la investigaci\u00f3n y persecuci\u00f3n de los delitos de alto impacto, as\u00ed como con la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional que permita llevar ante la justicia a quienes atentan contra la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales y de acuerdo con el principio de presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, las personas mencionadas en este comunicado deber\u00e1n ser consideradas inocentes mientras no exista una sentencia condenatoria emitida por la autoridad judicial
