M\u00e9xico, a 18 de agosto de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Congreso capitalino aprob\u00f3 aplicar sanciones que van de 24 a 36 horas de arresto inconmutable a las personas al cuidado y uso del espacio p\u00fablico, conocidas con el nombre de \u201cfraneleros\u201d, a iniciativa de la jefa de Gobierno, Clara Marina Brugada Molina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"286\" height=\"176\" src=\"http:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/descarga-23.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10197\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido, se considerar\u00e1n como faltas a la ley las que se cometan en el espacio p\u00fablico: apartar y\/u obstaculizar con cualquier objeto lugares de estacionamiento y, exigir de cualquier manera a una persona, la obtenci\u00f3n de un pago por vigilar, estacionar o cuidar, lavar o asear veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los a\u00f1os 2019 a 2024, las remisiones por estas conductas crecieron m\u00e1s del 80 por ciento, para ello, la jefa de Gobierno estableci\u00f3 una estrategia en la que se prev\u00e9 una campa\u00f1a en la que participen automovilistas y vecinos para acabar con la pr\u00e1ctica de los llamados \u201cfraneleros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La congresista Nora Arias Contreras (PRD) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta reforma es una respuesta a pr\u00e1cticas de riesgo directo para la ciudadan\u00eda, como la obstrucci\u00f3n de pasos peatonales, bloqueo de accesos de emergencia, invasi\u00f3n de \u00e1reas destinadas al
