{"id":10191,"date":"2025-08-18T15:23:38","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T21:23:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=10191"},"modified":"2025-08-18T15:23:39","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T21:23:39","slug":"aprueban-regulacion-de-transportes-de-micromovilidad-en-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/aprueban-regulacion-de-transportes-de-micromovilidad-en-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban regulaci\u00f3n de transportes de micromovilidad en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Las bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas, scooters y bicimotos ser\u00e1n incorporados a una categor\u00eda de transporte motorizado personal para fortalecer la seguridad vial y la certeza jur\u00eddica<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Juan Ignacio Corro<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 18 de agosto de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pleno del Congreso local incorpor\u00f3 a la Ley de Movilidad una nueva categor\u00eda de transporte motorizado personal, es decir, aquellos que no necesitan tracci\u00f3n humana conocidos como veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctricos o no motorizado, a fin de fortalecer la seguridad vial, certeza jur\u00eddica y sustentabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El congreso de la CDMX estableci\u00f3 el rango de potencia que alcanzan los Veh\u00edculos Motorizado El\u00e9ctrico Personal (VEMEPE), al especificar que \u201csu motor tiene potencia continua nominal a partir de 250 watts y hasta un KW\u201d, lo cual se basa en los par\u00e1metros de la Ley General de Movilidad y otras normas vigentes, para establecer con claridad el tipo de veh\u00edculos que se est\u00e1 regulando,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta propuesta se regular\u00e1 a veh\u00edculos de bajo impacto ambiental y con potencial para trayectos de \u00faltima milla y de cuidado; la cual establece que no podr\u00e1n circular por banquetas, exceder la velocidad, deber\u00e1n usar casco, no sobrepasar la carga o el n\u00famero de personas pasajeras, que ponen en peligro a conductores, personas peatonas y ciclistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El congresista Israel Moreno Rivera (PVEM) consider\u00f3 que esta reforma es un avance para la regulaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, que promueve el cuidado del medio ambiente, sin embargo, su uso debe conllevar una serie de medidas de seguridad para que no se generen m\u00e1s incidentes o accidentes, as\u00ed como priorizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n capitalina.
