A la fecha han sido asegurados 692 inmuebles, de los cuales 310 ya fueron restituidos a sus propietarios<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

En el marco de la Operaci\u00f3n \u201cRestituci\u00f3n\u201d, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (DEFENSA), Secretar\u00eda de Marina (MARINA), Guardia Nacional (GN), Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad estatal (SSEM) y polic\u00edas municipales, llevaron a cabo acciones operativas en 12 municipios, que permitieron el aseguramiento de 33 inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Estas acciones operativas consistentes en cateos e inspecciones fueron llevadas a cabo en los municipios de Atizap\u00e1n, Calimaya, Chalco, Chapultepec, Chicoloapan, Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Coacalco, Huehuetoca, Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, San Felipe del Progreso, Toluca y Valle de Chalco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante el aseguramiento de un inmueble en el municipio de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, fueron detenidas dos femeninas en flagrancia, ya que habitaban esa vivienda, sin contar con documentos que avalaran la propiedad de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Del mes de abril cuando fue puesta en marcha la \u201cEstrategia para la Restituci\u00f3n de la Propiedad\u201d, a la fecha han sido asegurados 692 inmuebles, de los cuales 310 ya fueron restituidos, a qui\u00e9n, con base en determinaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico, acredit\u00f3 la leg\u00edtima propiedad de los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Operaci\u00f3n \u201cRestituci\u00f3n\u201d forma parte de la \u201cEstrategia para la Restituci\u00f3n de la Propiedad\u201d, impulsada desde la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n para la Construcci\u00f3n de la Paz, que en la entidad encabeza la Gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, en la que participan la DEFENSA, MARINA, GN, as\u00ed como del Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de la SSEM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
